Your investment is secured by the underlying real estate assets. Each property in our platform has been thoroughly vetted by our investment team. Additionally, all investments are structured through regulated securities offerings in compliance with applicable laws.

Yes, we offer a secondary marketplace where you can list your investment shares for sale to other investors. While liquidity is not guaranteed, our growing investor base provides opportunities for selling your investment before the property's full term.

We charge a 1% annual management fee based on your investment value. There are no transaction fees for investing or withdrawing distributions. For early redemptions through our secondary marketplace, a 2% fee may apply.
